The menus, in which the freshest local fish is always the major protagonist, are created by Chef Domenico Guarracino, who jealously guards the secrets of his own personal interpretation of Capri’s culinary tradition.
To be tasted: Guarracinos legendary pezzogna all’acqua pazza, but also his fish soup with scorpion fish and cherry tomatoes and, of course, the simply sublime Ravioli Capresi.
The restaurant boasts an excellent selection of wines, including all of the regions superb whites, the ideal accompaniment for the fish dishes present on the menu.
Torre Saracenas restaurant is open for lunch from April to October.
Mooring facilities and the assistance of a sailor are available for customers arriving by boat.
