Astarita Park

On the Mount of Tiberius, before arriving at Villa Jovis, an ancient Roman residence, take a detour to fully immerse yourself in the magic of this park. It was created by the collector and banker Mario Astarita, originally from the Sorrentine Peninsula, after having bought all the lands bordering the residence of the emperor Tiberius.

It is here that he built his home, Villa Falconetta, refuge of many artists and intellectuals.

For a total of 150,000 square meters, in this corner of Paradise, you can discover the beauty of typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub, such as myrtle, heather and rosemary. From the terraces cultivated with locust, pines and oaks you can embrace with the view of unique views over the Gulf of Salerno, Naples and Sorrento. There will be views that will also frame the Faraglioni and the famous Villa Malaparte.
