Ennesima, great satisfaction for the restaurant Da Tonino, which since 1993 gives its customers culinary experiences based on quality of raw materials, attention to detail and impeccable service, for a new, very successful evening of the exhibition Among the stars of Dentecala. On 22 September, the chef Arnaud Viel of the restaurant La Renaissance was the guest of honor of a dinner for four signed together with Salvatore Aprea.
“We are very pleased with the success of the evening,” says chef Aprea. “It’s always a wonderful experience for us and our customers to have the opportunity to meet and have the honor of hosting a top-notch French chef like Arnaud, who has a Michelin star”.
An evening that was organized in the smallest detail, starting from the refined menu created by the two chefs: Arnaud Viel proposed Bass, lemon confit, fennel and caviar and Lamb confit, seaweed, iodate sauce, aubergines and kumquat; cicerchie, tomato and caramelized onion, Cappellacci of rooster, potatoes and mushrooms and to finish Rice Artemide & peach. “The effort was so much, both in the preparation of dishes and in the organization of the event, but it was worth considering the satisfaction of our guests”. Another key to the success of the evening was the collaboration with two interesting wineries, the Piedmontese L’Autin and the Sicilian I Vigneri di Salvo Foti, whose excellent wines have accompanied the dishes brought to the table.
Saturday, October 12 at 8 pm will take place the last appointment of the show, with chef Giuseppe Iannotti, 2 Michelin stars of the Restaurant Krèsios in Telese Terme. “These events,” reflects Salvatore, “are very useful to me and the guys of the staff to put us in play, to learn about our limits and to overcome them. Thanks to comparison, we receive new stimuli that allow us to always aim at new horizons.
