New evening in Capri “Among the stars of Dentecala…” with great chefs. Tuesday, May 7 second appointment with the exhibition promoted by the restaurant “da Tonino”, in collaboration with “That’s Love Capri”. The chef Salvatore Aprea hosts for the occasion the chef Francesco Sposito of the restaurant Taverna Estia in Brusciano (two Michelin stars 2024), a magical place between senses, culture and unconscious, where emotions come directly from the dishes and reach the heart.
The dinner menu, prepared by chefs Aprea and Sposito, is one of those to lick the moustache. It starts with the chefs’ welcome, then the squid, bergamot and dill garland is served, followed by the tuna in a carriage. The dinner continues with the “good” rabbit parmigiana rice, then the lamb, topinambur and onion on the coals and great finish with artemide rice pastiera.
All dishes will be accompanied by wines from Giuseppe Cipolla Passofonduto and Cà Lustra Zanovello.
Part of the proceeds from the evening will be donated by the restaurant “da Tonino” to the Soleterre Foundation.
