At Villa Fersen “Stage Lysis” between concerts, exhibitions and theatrical performances

The cultural events season at Villa Lysis is resumed with the calendar of events in Ápeiron, the cultural association responsible for the tourist and hospitality services of the historic house of Fersen, for years committed to the enhancement of the artistic heritage of the island of Capri.

The multifaceted Stage Lysis, promoted by the City of Capri, will bring on stage concerts, exhibitions and theatrical performances of various kinds.

Until 5 May you can visit the exhibition of comics by Roberto Maldacena “Jacques d’Adelswärd-Fersen – The man behind the mirror”, the result of a work of the illustrator island following the event in honor of the centenary of the death of the French baron.

On 19 May will be the turn of the concert of Sara Lionetti and Rosaria De Gregorio “Everywhere Woman”, a tribute to the strength of women.

On 22 June the beginning of summer will be celebrated with an event dedicated to art and music: the inauguration of the solo show by Roberto Maria Lino “Di Mare e il suo orlo” curated by Collettivo Zero, with site-specific works and a sunset concert by the band Utopia, between pop-rock and international hits.

On 21 July the natural stage of Villa Lysis will welcome “Ercole.. che mito!” , a show by Diego Sommaripa, played by Nino Lauro and Peppe Romano.

On 11 August two great returns: the theatre company Demiurgo with “The Tempest” by W.Shakespeare and Michelangelo Bastiani, with a video installation on the theme.

On 1 September, the opera will be given space with the “Rigoletto” by G.Verdi curated by the association Filrō, and to close on 20 December the show of Laura Pagliara with “I had a dream”.
