The public beaches in Capri are present on several points, some of these more suitable for children since they are not located overlooking the sea, on the rocky side. Being free places, during the hottest summer months, they are often crowded. A true paradise, however, in the early morning before lunchtime and in the evening, with the arrival of the Mistral, with much more pleasant temperatures.

As commendable as traveling with your 4-legged friend, you could face a little more problems if the dog were of large size. In this case it is better to wear a muzzle, especially for transport from the port to the square, as it will be possible either by taxi or on foot. On the other hand, for those who own a small or medium-sized dog it will be easier, since it will also be possible to use the funicular if in the arms or in the carrier. Many accommodations are happy to welcome small and medium-sized animals. As for the beaches, many private facilities do not accept the entrance, you should go to the public ones in the morning or evening, perhaps with a smaller turnout of children. Even if they are small or medium-sized, there are no problems in restaurants and in many shops. In most supermarkets there is the possibility of buying pet food, obviously not niche.
